Making Slip On Boot Covers

Heres a quick how to on making
Slip on Boot Covers

Materials:

Lycra or Other Stretch fabrics
This tutorial is for making boot covers out of lycra or other stretch
fabrics. youll need enough to make your boot covers.

Sewing Pins
Regular pins

The boots you want to cover
Youll need them to fit the boot covers over.

Sewing machine and thread

Scissors
Sharp enough for fabric.
After picking out your fabric and getting enough for the length of
boot you want. Put on the boots you wish to make the slip cover
for. You will need to carfully wrap the fabric around your leg and
the boot, make sure to pin all the way around the boot, bottom and all. Pin it in a straight line wherever your going to put your seam. The front or back of the boot works best. Make sure its snug
enought to stay up but not to snug to where it wont fit over the
boot, and not to loose to where it will fall off. When youve gotten the pins and the boot length the way you want it, cut away the access fabric, leave enough for a seam.

Thanks to Lisa for this idea.
After pinning it all carfully, as to not poke yourself, remove the fabric, keeping it pinned together.
Now you will want to sew your pinned seams.
Put in on again, and make sure its fits well, Then cut away the access fabric from your seams so the fabric doesnt bunch up when you wear them. Repeat, this for the second boot and then there you have it. Slip on Boot Covers.
